Refund policy

We Epsilon International FZE is having 7 days return policy, of which the product should be
in the same condition which was actually given at the time of purchase.
You have to Notify Epsilon international Via Email at info@escooteruae.com on the return
of the product within 7 days from purchase by attaching the invoice which was be provided
at the time of purchase.
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to
45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card..
For Exchange on the item damage, you have to notify us through email within 7 days from
the purchase date.
The customer is liable to pay the shipping fee on the return of the product.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment
solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer
to be completed.
